These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of therealsweatteam.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from THE REAL SWEAT TEAM, LLC ("SWEAT TEAM," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place an order.
ORDERS AND PRICING
Prices are shown on the Site in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at checkout when you place your order. Free shipping applies to orders over $50, as stated on the Site. Discount codes, where offered, are subject to their stated terms and may not be combined unless the offer says otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid.
CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Many SWEAT TEAM products are made to order. Production and shipping timelines are stated on each product page and form part of your order: for example, custom varsity jackets take about 7-9 business days to produce, plus standard shipping of 7-10 working days. Preorder products ship when the products arrive, as stated on the product page. Because custom products are made to your specifications, please check your size, spelling, colors, and uploaded artwork carefully before ordering.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Custom and made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us promptly with your order details and photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Standard return terms for any other item are stated on its product page.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We describe our products as accurately as possible, including colors, sizes, and materials stated on each product page. Colors may vary slightly on different screens, and measurements carry a plus-or-minus 0.5-inch tolerance where stated. Product images are representative of the design.
IDEA SUBMISSIONS
If you submit a product idea through the Site, you agree that we may review it and, if we choose to create it, offer it on the Site. Any reward or feature offered for an idea is as stated on the Your Ideas page at the time of submission.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products, such as the REWIRE guide, are delivered as a download after checkout. Because a digital file cannot be returned once delivered, digital purchases are final sale unless the file is defective or undelivered.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SWEAT TEAM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
